How do you set prices for your business or service?
Are they working?
When should you change them?
This workshop is presented by SCORE mentor Marvin Brook, to help small businesses, entrepreneurs and start-ups learn how to price their products and services.
Marvin worked for the United States Postal Service for 30 years, ultimately becoming the financial controller for Northern California. In that job, he managed 65 employees with 15 managers and professional staff. He had oversight for timekeeping, accounting, statistical testing, auditing, and a budget of over $800 million.
At USPS, he developed and presented a highly popular series of financial education seminars. His expertise in teaching as well as in financial analysis and planning should be helpful to business owners who need to align their business plan with their personal financial goals.
Marvin also teaches the How to Write a Business Plan Class workshop in the San Francisco SCORE chapter and mentors clients by email through SCORE.org
